Resident Evil 4 producer Yoshiaki Hirabayashi joined the presentation to announce that the Resident Evil 4 Chainsaw Demo comes out later today! There are no limits for how many times players can experience this new reimagining of Leon’s first steps into the mysterious European village. The Chainsaw Demo will be available for PlayStation®5, PlayStation®4, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam.
We hope the Chainsaw Demo prepares fans for the horrors that await when Resident Evil 4 releases on March 24, 2023 for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam. In addition to the Standard Edition (MSRP $59.99), Resident Evil 4 launches with a “Deluxe Edition” (MSRP $69.99). The Deluxe Edition features additional in-game content, including costumes, weapons, a treasure map, and more. Those who pre-order the Standard Edition will receive in-game rewards, including the “Attaché Case: Gold” and “Special Charm: Handgun Ammo,” while pre-orders of the Deluxe Edition include the aforementioned bonuses in addition to the “Attaché Case: Classic” and “Special Charm: Green Herb” items. These customization items offer specific in-game abilities when equipped.”
