OT OT Game Discussion

I've been watching this situation for a while and I don't believe this game has anything to do with Silent Hill and Hideo Kojima.

And people have clearly forgotten Black Hound.

There's a lot of horror sequels coming out this year, like the new Halloween and Escape Room movies, as well as Candyman.

Things are certainly picking up these days, after what was a rather dire 2020 for the box office.

All of the rumours from God only knows when, surely amount to a new Silent Hill game coming.

Now, there's way too many to list. But as you probably are aware, Bloober Team said in February that they are working on an established IP with a famous company.

There is still strong speculation that another installment in the franchise is happening too, courtesy of someone else. :)

Yeah. There has to be combat involved, or I think the appeal won't quite be there.

I'm not really keen on games where all you do is run around in dark places, shining a flashlight, or inspecting things. It is not really even survival horror then, especially if there's nothing to attack you. However, I think Bloober Team are already massive fans of the series, so I like to think they won't give the gameplay a downgrade.

I am trying to get every top ten horror film released in North America since the box office began in 1922. That's not easy.

Some DVDs on Amazon can cost well over £50. But I like this hobby, and I feel motivated to continue purchasing as many as I can.

Have we just found the new, The Walking Dead? :p

That's some budget. I'm looking forward to this, as it's bound to be a very emotionally charged show, which is what AMC's series used to be too, and still is, even if it did get boring for a few years.

Too many shows have been catering to forced diversity, which has led to amateur film making. We don’t need every ethnicity in the world in an entire cast. This may make me sound like a bigot and a racist but it’s the truth. If film makers want to make good stories they need to drop this identity politic crap. Shows like Game of Thrones were mostly white and guess what? No one gave a crap who was what if it delivered an engaging story.

On a side note it has also effected the workforce negatively.

*Sorry a bit drunk posting this but I am so fed up with modern societies views, it disgusts me and it’s very cringe. We go from one extreme to another and it’s extremely frustrating.*

Isn't "Theme of Laura" just the greatest track? :D

As I predicted, Abandoned was revealed to not be a new Silent Hill game after all. But we had to be on Team Real so not to look like haters. ;)

I didn't find this thread, so I apologize in advance if there is such a thread on the forum.

Happy birthday, ResidentEvil7!

Thanks and it was a happy birthday yesterday. I slept in, had 4 beers (to the point I was dizzy), looked up Resident Evil and MGTOW, watched Indiana Jones with my dad and so much stuff. Last Monday, my mom and younger sister came out, went to Red Lobster for endless shrimp Monday, then she gave me a $550 check to pay off a recent car repair, then went to downtown to a winery and had 2 bottles of sweet wines, then out for high quality ice cream, and lastly took me to get some fresh oolong tea from a nearby coffee shop. The weather was mild and sunny and beautiful. It was the kind of day I didn't want to end. Tomorrow, my dad is taking me back to Red Lobster for more shrimp Monday.

Now here's a major thing; being my final year in my 30s, I want to lose 80 pounds of body fat (I'm trying to get down to 190 pounds) by my 40th birthday so I can look and feel better than I did 20 and 10 years earlier. Hard work and smart eating will pay off this year.

I just find it hard to believe how good this trailer is:

Really enjoyed it!

People in Russia usually love the entire trilogy, so it was a big surprise for me when I found out that many of the Western audience do not like the second and third films.

By the way, I highly recommend The Animatrix, if someone did not watch, and News Bot also recommended this:

Has anyone played Enter the Matrix?

An incredibly clunky game, but I really enjoyed it, lol. I have a lot of good memories with it.

The most fun part is the battle with the agents. In general, there is no purpose to fight with them, because they are only immortal pursuers. Besides their immortality, they also have a physical advantage over you. But that's what made the battles with them fun, because I felt like Neo who "started to believe", ha-ha! And imagine my surprise when I actually managed to kill one of them! It was during my school years, so I wasn't a great player then, but I managed to throw one off the roof, and he died. It felt like an achievement, so I didn't stop fighting them and found new ways to defeat them.

Also, Path of Neo is a very fun game. I even found a Russian licensed copy a few years ago and bought it for the collection.

Actually, I even got acquainted with the series through these games, and only then I rented VHS cassettes with movies.
