RE9 Resident Evil 9 plot rumours...

A big difference between 4 and 5 (and definitely 6), is 5 introduced common machine gun enemies. From chapter 5 onwards there were areas where bullets were flying around everywhere from multiple machine gun enemies. This had never been a part of Resident Evil before and they doubled down on it in RE6. This made it feel like more of a shooter.
5 did have similarities to 4 in some ways, but there is a lot of differences too.
Might I add not even good shooters (specifically referring to 5 and 6. Biohazard 4 was a great suspense/shooter/thriller for it's time but I am steadfastly of the opinion that it has aged poorly). F.E.A.R. and S.T.A.L.K.E.R., the two great acronyms, were much better shooters for the time.

RE5 had some good lore contributions but RE6 doesn't have a single tack on it. My personal opinions of course, but I would have a hard time agreeing with any "at least they were good shooters" arguments, if someone presented them as such.

Moving along to Biohazard 7, it pains me to say this, but Prey (2017) was a much better survival horror than it was. The only silver lining for Biohazard 7 was Not a Hero.

Honestly, to stay on topic, if they even just kept the plot elements similar to Not Hero, but adopted the gunplay of Biohazard Village for Biohazard 9, I would probably be reasonably satisfied. I hope for more of course, but the last thing I want to do is raise my expectations too high.

So what's about Condemned 2: Bloodshot? It's also potential masterpiece, only about its essence was inherited by Techland on Dead Island & Dying Light. And now DI2 & DL2:)TB) will be new leading way from C2B. Just like 3.5 Madman with Alan Wake, then the new risen for AW2. Plus new TV series based on video game by AMC.
Prey, both preys are amazing. Tommy reminds David King, and Morgan Yu reminds of Feng-ling and Bruce McGivern plus Ark Thompson. German/Mandarin(if own in one day) audio will be more immersive.
RE5R, when the first rumor released by Capcom which's making me through of something serious but how funny on future. Nothing's changed, but everything is changing to the ideal direction for best of best at all.
