Outstanding job BSAArklay! I've always suspected Raccoon City to be located somewhere in Missouri.

Those are some plausible possibilities right there. Highly recommend anyone to read this!

Thanks Cap really appreciate the feedback. It may seem like I am favoring Missouri but I am really not there was just so many similarities there that I could not find in the other states maybe Duluth MN was the exception.
