I don't always play by your rules...
So where are all my Destiny 2 people at? I know there has to be some of you out there and I'd like to know what your feelings on the game are as a whole. As of right now I feel like the pvp needs to be looked at quite a bit. As far as the PVE goes it's progressing more and more with each update. And I can't wait for the Shadowkeep expansion on Oct. 1st. Back to the moon. It's gonna be fire. So if you play drop any comments or things you'd like to see them improve upon. Or just general chit chat about the game itself.

I miss Clock Tower. I think point and click games are yesterday's news, but there's no denying how creepy they were. Every game had some variation of Scissorman, who would stalk you around a university or castle, not letting up ever. Like the one on the PS2 had a jester called Scissorman, and he had a sister, but you still had to run away, hide, use holy water and also engage in boss battles with a magical bow. It just wasn't a point and click game, but more so like other horror games. Capcom hasn't made any sequels since 2003.

Does anyone else play this? It's a mobile card game featuring Capcom characters from various franchises (RE included). For years people have been asking for a Capcom vs Capcom game. Perhaps this is them testing the waters?

The game is a fun fast paced one on one card based battle game where you pick a capcom character (that is beautifully animated) and then use a deck based on their type (usually represented by color) to battle other Capcom characters. It's quite addicting. I've been doing pretty well online with my Wesker deck.

Also they just announced and released Jill Valentine today. The interesting part? She's in her RE3 outfit and seems to have Patricia Ja Lee from RE5 reprising her role as Jill over Michelle Ruff. Could this be a sign of things to possibly come?

The gathered information about the game itself.

1-According to creative director Ikumi Nakamura, GhostWire isn't like the survival-horror games that Tango Gameworks is known for. Nakamura said during Bethesda's press conference that we will meet a number of spirits, "some dangerous, some peaceful" as we take on conspiracies and the occult in Tokyo.

2-In GhostWire: Tokyo, people are vanishing into thin air and it’s going to be up to you to find out why. Mikami said: “you will fight paranormal enemies and rid the city of a supernatural evil.” Part way through the trailer, we can see people in a shopping centre disappear, leaving only their clothes behind. We also see strange, creepy figures with umbrellas, and for a split second, one of them is able to make someone on the ground vanish. How mysterious. Nakamura explained that “you have to explore the world and face challenges to uncover the truth and save humanity.” Sounds like quite a tall order, doesn’t it? It looks as though we'll be playing the masked figure with a bow on their back who has supernatural abilities, like the one that lets them send out some kind of force field around the city. It’s not absolutely clear just who this figure we’ll be playing is just yet, but you are said to be armed with your own mysterious abilities that no doubt help you avoid getting caught up in the vanishing act.

As Nakamura said, GhostWire: Tokyo is a new kind of action-adventure game: “It’s spooky, but not the survival horror we are known for.” The Evil Within is a linear survival horror that plays out in third-person. Even if GhostWire is departing away from the horror genre to deliver a different kind of spooky, it could still very well be in third-person. The fact that we’ll have to “explore the world” might also suggest it’s more open in comparison. Whether it’s an out and out open-world remains to be seen, but it’s certainly possible.

from interviews, it seems like a ghost hunting game reminds me of this

It's by Shinji Mikami, so I'll cut it some slack. He has never disappointed in the horror department. I will agree though that I was eagerly awaiting news about the next The Evil Within game, so not getting that got my hopes up again.

I remember playing Ghosthunter years ago. That really takes us back!

-Legacy of Kain
-Syphon Filter
-Parasite Eve
-Silent Hill
-Dino Crisis

Are all franchises I'd love to see getting a revival. I just hope they won't eff it up badly.

As much as I love Dead Space, I have my doubts. EA is known to suck off companies dry and then letting them rot in hell. Ain't the first time them doing this. Besides, a wise person once said: "You cannot spell rEAper (antagonists of the Mass Effect Trilogy) with EA". These S.O.Bs own Bioware, which was my favorite company since Baldur's Gate, but they already managed to royally eff up Mass Effect and Dragon Age. I have literally no faith in anything owned by these parasites... Ehm... EA

Sorry my first response was quite blunt I was commuting.

The game looks really bad story wise - I mean from what little story we know true.

But I have next to no confidence in Mikami anymore.

It’s strange how back in 99’ he took the reigns for Dino Crisis rather than work on RE 2/3.
He bounced back in 2002 obviously but yeah, his glory days are over and he is washed up.

Don't be surprised if Capcom becomes agitated over this, gets it axed, then they choose to do their own remake, REborn style. Yep!

I like Z Nation for its whacky, over-the-top, B-Horror Movie style, which reminds me a lot of RE/Biohazard. Like the entire cast and the plot twists, because even the good guys can turn evil or bite the dust early (Looking at you Garnett). I'm pissed there won't be a sixth season.

Watched Black Summer as well and liked it, even if the tone was more serious in comparison to Z Nation. I don't get the whole TWD vs Z Nation bs. I like both series
