Very hyped, will be preordering the deluxe the second it hits Best Buy's site. Loving that Lady D costume for Grace. 
It's very interesting the things they chose to cover for the recap. It seems like the Connections are indeed involved with what's going on in Raccoon City, so perhaps the villain is Brandon Bailey? A small glimpse of the zombies at the end too was such a tease.
Sucks that the showcase isn't until early next year, they're really waiting until the last second to tell us more huh?

I didn't liked it at first but it's growing on me now that's confirmed to be official.
I'm sure that the Steel book featuring a magnum revolver is a clear reference to the American box art of Outbreak which features an inox Berretta 92.
Definitively looking forward to the "Letters from 1998" thing, although I distaste the idea of paying more for a bit more of lore.

Racoon City Classic Audio Pack! I'm using that in my first playthrough for sure. RE2 Remake was so much better with the original sound track swap and I was thankful to have it recommended to me before my first playthrough. The modern soundtracks seem to be far more ambient these days, and I'm going to enjoy having those classic tunes playing as I revisit iconic locations from the past.

Paying for any of this is feels like typical nickel and dime nonsense. Weapons skins? This isn't Counter Strike. Files from 1998? The ones that were in original RE2 and got removed or replaced? Ugh. I wish unlockable costumes were just bonus items like the old days... they probably smelled money when it was decided a third-person option would happen.
