Ricardo Irving self-administered a Plaga variant. It has an extremely large body size similar to a mid-sized ship, and it is almost impossible to find the original human host inside the monstrosity. It is covered by ten tentacles that appeared from the torso. In order to stop the B.O.W., there is no alternative but to maintain fire upon the head of the Plaga core which is slightly exposed to accumulate damage, destroy the main body of the Irving inside its mouth once it's exposed.
