Sadly this ambitious project has been canned due to the creator being MIA. It’s a damn shame I was really looking forward to this take on how Raccoon City and the RPD fell. I liked Outbreak a lot but this fan project seemed to attempt having a more coherent story than a bunch of scenarios randomly jumbled together.

That's crushing, was one of the better looking projects in years and as close as we would have gotten to a true 32-bit era Biohazard nowadays.
