The Carlos and Caffeine (CC) headcanon RE edition. 
I mean, we could make up better stuff than Capcom does today.

Well, it IS Capcom.The Carlos and Caffeine (CC) headcanon RE edition.

Yeah. It kind of does feel like they are just recycling stuff. No word of lie.
They always find a reason to go back to Raccoon City. Most of it was not canon, I know, and all of the side games and live action movies are pointless. But with RE9, it is canon.
Now they wanna go back to the mansion, as if it was only 'semi-ruined' by the blast. Anybody who grew up on RE for the last 30 years knows this is silly.
So that terrible UC game, must be canon. It has Umbrella soldiers revisiting locations from the mainline games.
