I mentioned this over on THIA, but if you think about it, only four of the six possible classes are represented in both the heroes and villains.

This suggests to me that there are still two characters on both the heroes and villains sides that have yet to be revealed. Chris and maybe Barry (he seems the most likely candidate, as he was actually there during RE3) for the heroes, and definitely Wesker and someone else for the villains. Possibly Mikhail?

I would wager the sixth villain will be an original character, like Lone Wolf, because of all the characters who actually saw combat during the events of RE2 and RE3, there aren't many to choose from on the villains side. That seems to be what they're going for anyway, given the Lone Wolf character, and is why we didn't get someone like Annette or Irons.

So, watching the trailer again, I'm trying to figure out the character classes:

Leon - Impossible to tell. Possibly Vector based on the melee animations? I can't remember if each character has specific melees or if it's a generic animation they all share.

Claire - Four Eyes.

Carlos - Beltway.

Jill - Impossible to tell.

HUNK - Vector.

Nicholai - Beltway.

Lone Wolf - Four Eyes.

Ada - Bertha.

More good news just keeps coming...But im sure this is not the only mode that will be available ,just like in RE5 more than 1 mode same should be here...

Is it just me or does Jill sound like Patricia Ja Lee and Leon sounds like Paul Mercier doing a younger less laidback voice. Hope it is, some of my favorite VAs after Chris/Ezio Roger Craig Smith.

Leon is confirmed to be a new actor, it's not Mercier. Not sure about Jill. Claire is obviously Alyson and Ada so far sounds like Sally Cahill.

Leon sounds closer to Mercier now, at least. As for Jill, yeah it really sounds like Patricia Ja Lee... then again, Michelle Ruff (Revelations' VA) is similar to Ja Lee's voice. There's a dialogue with Parker, in the beginning of the game, where Michelle sounds almost like her.

Jill could either be Patricia Ja Lee, or maybe Revelation's Michelle Ruff. I haven't listened too closely to her voice in ORC so don't listen to me, but my bet's on Patricia.
