I'm from Alabama, but I live in VA now and Busch Gardens is OKAY. I think it only has 4 coasters though in comparison to King's 10 maybe?

:P I am actually one of the .1% non-rednecks. lol I don't even have a southern accent. But honestly...Alabama has something called Southern Hospitality...which I have yet to see in Virginia.

You're actually right about the hospitality thing. Virginia breeds some of the most arrogant, snobby-nosed bastards. But that's what happens when your school system is constantly ranked in the top ten in the country.

Actually, IB (In Alabama) The international Baccalaureate School (Part of Shades Valley High School) which is where I went, is ranked #1 high school in the entire country I think for 2009 or 2008. Look it up. :P I actually really notice the difference in how people act. Not only the different races of people, but how everyone just seems to keep to themselves unless they have a problem with something. I mean, there is nothing wrong with Virginia, but it's no wonder everyone considers it "North." lol Besides...Alabama=Fried Chicken....= fatty Mac fat fat goodness.

*Edit* But I just noticed the school SYSTEM part. Can't beat that! :P

Some parts of VA are really southern - those being the southern parts, lol. Richmond is like the separation point almost. But then you have the Hampton Roads and VA Beach area which isn't Southern at all.

And yeah VA's public school system is ranked 4th in the Nation.

I'm not trying to lay my problems out anywhere, but after this weekend I'm due up for a bunch of doctors appointments and other glorious non fun things. Went to the hospital Friday morning and spent most of the day there getting poked prodded and scanned. Been told I have Crohn's Disease, so I have to follow up this week with what will probably be more doctors appointments than I've had in the last 15 years.

Tomorrow I'm going to the drive in and watch Green Lantern and X-men First Class though, so I'll have some enjoyment before the week begins.
