During a Capcom Mobile event, the Japanese gaming giant has announced the release of Resident Evil Mercenaries Vs., a multiplayer-focused game for iOS devices.
Mercenaries Vs brings Resident Evil’s popular mercenaries mode to the iPhone in a standalone app and features local multiplayer via Wi-fi/Bluetooth and online via Game Center, with up to four players either in teams of two or free-for-all.

The exact release date and price haven't been officially announced yet, for more details check out the IGN preview.
