I respect people who play in any way they enjoy. If certain play styles get on your nerves blame the game for enabling those play styles not the player.

Don't even waste your time. Mocking someone is the easier card to play than to try to understand them. Having groupies or simply hoping on the bandwagon just makes that card even easier to play. And the sense of superiority and laughs you get from belittling someone makes it all that much more satisfying to do.
