How is my example irrelevant.1.5 being scrapped is perfectly relevent.1.5 got scrapped before its official release.your wrong about 1.5 footage showing up after RE2's Release, and no im not talking about the complete disc.1.5 was announced right after Bio1's release with ingame footage. But anyway the fact of the matter is.If capcom can scrap a game near its completion about 13 years ago, they'll do it again. But im hoping they don't because i like how revelations is looking sofar.

All im saying is.if they did it once they'll do it again.

Also thanks Knuckles for that quick educational lesson.LOL

No, it's irrelevant because you're simply focusing on the fact they've done it in the past to equate that they 'will' do it again, thus your 'guarantee' and 'on point' logic yadda yadda.

You're not focusing on the fact that the release date is next year and it's a launch title for the 3DS along with Mercs 3d. Capcom has already stated this was their plan to garner sales on the titles while there's little to no competition to play against.

Scrapping the entire game at this point would cause them to miss the launch title date and severely screw over the point in making the games for the 3DS in the first place, which again was to increase sales by releasing it next to little competition.

As well as the fact that any footage of RE1.5 as well as RE3.5 shown prior showed only gameplay footage and almost nothing relevant to the story.

Revelations first trailer was heavily story specific. To scrap that now after showing it to audiences all over in a huge E3 conference would not go over very well.

Those are the reasons I tried to explain to you that them scrapping anything at this point is very unlikely unless it's extremely minor stuff.

Jesus Christ dude, he's saying they MIGHT do it again, as in there's a chance, based on something that happened in the past. What's your problem Ikari, do you just argue for the sake of arguing? For fucks sake, you don't work for Capcom, you don't know what they're doing or what they can do, and even if it's 99% certain the game won't be different, what he's saying is there's still a slim chance. Which, if you took your head out of your ass and stopped trying to progress the argument, is true.

I'm sorry but enough is enough.

No one can guarantee the stuff we saw will not be part of the final game nor say it's exactly impossible for them to scrap something. Now, move on.

No, he clearly stated repeatedly he 'guarantees' they will do that again, no maybe, no chance, but definately going to happen. Which is where my entire argument stemmed from.

Hell his original post was basically "Don't expect to see any of this content in the final game." I merely pointed out that the liklihood of them scrapping all of that footage before the final product is slim to none as the current situation for Revelations is very different from the examples he mentioned.

So calm yourself.

Actually, Stu, reHorror is still around on the Game Riot server, but no one really posts there anymore since the news team quit due to DaMa losing interest in the content, which was what made reHorror once unique and cutting edge (at least for RE fans). But when DaMa started up Rely on Horror, I think they just more or less started to copy what other websites had found before them, making them more of a tag along. But at least they're always quick on the mark. I don't think it's as good as EU, Biohaze, Hell Descent or Game Scares, is, however!

As for their forums... I think if they had more members and it was like reHorror c. 2003, then more posts would flood in.

As for Revelations... Well, I plan to save up for a 3DS around February time, post Xmas and all that other stuff I need to do first!
