Not really. I may of jumped a little, but I don't really remember it being noteworthy like the snake. The dead guys in the water just added to the annoyance of the level in general.

^ I was being chased and the Guardian was right behind me when the thing jumped out and grabbed me! It was terrifying.

I never found it to be annoying, not even once.

Did you play it more then once? I've gone through LiN about 15 times (because everyone wanted to play it with me for some reason...) and after all that, I can clearly see that it's the weakest part of the expansion.

I don't understand how anyone can like it really. The level design was decent, but having to lure them into the traps was just lame, boring, and irritating. But ah well, it's always preference.



When I was playing on my first time, I said to myself "Ya know, I bet they hid those dead guys in the water for a cheap scare." 10 seconds later one jumped out, so that's probably why it didn't effect me.

I only really find that section irritating on Professional when the Keepers don't show up on the map. Also would of been nice to vary the traps, I'm fine with the 'stand at crank while partner is bait' but we could of had some variety other than the spiked ceiling.

Not really, cause I enjoy all the other parts of LiN. That part is just terrible in comparison and I didn't enjoy it for a second past my first playthrough.



okay? I actually thought the dead guys (refuse to call those stupid things zombies) were used pretty well....added to the challenge and all that, I just predicted they'd be there, hence that made them more annoying then scary. Having more of them would make it more frustrating then annoying, since you still have the keepers to worry about. I think that if they have to have them down there, then they put down the perfect amount. It would just make the whole place stupid to have more.
