Downloaded Arkham Asylum over X-Box Live the other night, wanted something new to play and thought i'd give it a shot based on how many friends had been bigging it up.

Best game i've played in YEARS. Absolutely hooked in from the very first fight! Combat is pretty much perfect, exploration is fun, the blend of puzzles, fighting and exploration is just right - and i loved the story too!

Can't wait for the sequel already now.

Yhea seen a couple of trailers and it looks even better than the 1st going to be hard to choose IF they release the Raccoon City and Arkham City at the same time .

Weird. Two weeks ago i wouldn't have given a flying one about this game. Now it's probably my most eagerly awaited!

It came with my playstation when I first got it.I think that the fact that it was so user friendly and playable is what got me used to using the controller.
Enough beat 'em up. then the puzzle aspect was just brilliant for me kept me hooked from the start.
Think I will love hanging off the helicopter I hope that is part of the game play.

Once again the Caped Crusader was pushed to the next slot on the pile because of LA Noire, I will probably get around to it when Arkham City comes out the way things are going. I'm not reading any spoiler garbage either so a big FU to stu for that ninja link!!!

Have been a Batman fan since I was a little kid and its funny I didn't play AA when it first came out but then I heard people say that some of the voice actors from Batman the animated series were in it so after that I just had to play it then and after I played it I just loved its one of my favorite games this gen. I only had a few complaints with it my two favorite villians were not in it (Two-face, and the Mad Hatter) but that didn't stop me from loving this game and when I heard a sequel was coming out I became very excited for Arkham City and it looks like its gonna be awesome too.

Hell's yeah man, Kevin Conroy and Mark Hamill are the Batman and Joker forever. I'm disappointed that the upcoming Batman animated film won't be featuring Kevin as the voice of the Dark Knight.

Well said. For me it has to be Clancy Brown as Mr Freeze. That is hopeing for to much though.

Some updated news on Arkham City, this deals with being able to play as Catwoman. And not just some character swap, this is a full fledged adventure as the Felonious Feline...see what I did there ha!
