Whats the deal? I thought any Visa debit card will do?

They may not accept the card if there is inefficient funds. Other than that, you could use a pre-paid card. It's what I'm using.

Ah, yeah I thought I could just register with that $0.18 cents and deposit more tomorrow morning. I'll go tomorrow to my bank and deposit some cash and hope that it works. Practice tonight offline.

Not all prepaid card works, usually those debit ver where you can add more fund to it later works.
i tried the visa vanilla gift card, amex gold gift card and none of them work.

Just try registering with it.

This is why I don't want to bother with a prepaid, might get one only to find it doesn't even work. I'm going to try again with my debit after I deposit some money, if that doesn't work I'll try a prepaid. If none work I give up. :\

My card is his exception. I can add funds to it.

Alright I got my ID and stuff, but when I attempt to login on their main page it takes me back to the registration form. Do I sign in via the PS2 first?
