I have to agree with you here. Also, we've only seen one new character and no new maps! I realize Capcom probably wants to save some details until closer to release, but if there's not a bunch of new maps (based on classic locations, of course) or new (classic) characters other than Claire, I don't see myself purchasing this at full price. Also, if there's no way to disable the timer I will be very upset; I hate being rushed through games.

Perhaps there will be alternate game modes instead of just "kill everything as quickly as possible."

I will have to wait to read reviews on the 3DS and Mercenaries before i go out and buy them. I agree with not wanting the timer, that will really piss me off if i cant disable it. I would probably buy the game if there was some customization or some sort of story mode.

For the co-op part, I suppose they'll be recording new character commands like "Come on! Go! I need ammo! I need an egg!" Can only imagine what Hunk would say during Dying status or when his partner dies.

try to make it atleast fit in with the current RE timeline (which means script rewrites and edits...) and im going to make it more fast paced... also maybe even co-op (leon, Barry, and The Midget girl.... all together) and maybe i can add in wesker... and try to figure out a way for infected leon issue to clear up (maybe a boss battle)

Fortunatly I could play the Resident Evil Mercenaries 3D in a Nintendo special event in Madrid, and I had a good impresion: Good graphics, good playability and very addictive game.I chose to play with Hunk in the Resident Evil 4 village stage and there are difference with the PS3/Xbox360 Mercenaries in the control and in other things . In this game,the character always run, you dont need tu push two bottoms on the same time, and as you already know, when you shoot the camera changes to a first person and the weapons you can choose it push it in the tactil screen .

In my opinion , this game should be a unlock minigame when you finish Resident Evil Revelation, but in other hand, If Capcom support this game with Customizable characters, free DLC ( ) and other things, I think that its going to be a good game.

Got my 3ds and mercs pre ordered and paid for go me.
