But she does have more development than steve...at least I think so. *shrug*

^Sheva's development is on par with Steve's at best. Despite being a main playable character, she doesn't get the same level of focus and development as main chars like Chris, Jill, Claire, Leon etc. Her development is on par with a supporting role like Steve, Ada, Carlos, etc.

So I hope we can just leave it at that instead of fighting over her having 'no development' and 'she has the most development!' types of arguments again.

I don't think she has anywhere near the most, I think you can guess which characters I think have that~.

But she's got a good amount, that's all.

Sheva's development was told mostly in files, which I find to be quite lame. Steve's was in-game, and the overall more emotional vibe of CVX over RE5 makes it so that Steve's character is simply more interesting.

Just my two cents.

She gives the tl;dr version, as well as her development being visible through her interactions with Josh and things she says.

She's not fugly and wtf but that's your opinion mainly bout of them are hot so end of story for me

Jill looks horrible, however she is my favorite character.

Sheva's face is prettier, but Jill's hair + skin color.

And they've ruined Jill's story.
