This is both good news and bad news to me. Good news because I will only have to shell out 4.99 USD as opposed to 19.99, but bad news because I will have to wait until August 31st.

I was just coming here to post the same article. Nobody seems sure if it'll have an effect on the Western release, though I doubt the demo code is different per region. Sounds likely we'll end up getting hit with the same delay.

I don't know it it's a reliable source but this french site contacted Capcom for clarification, they said this delay will not affect the western release.

Really? Maybe it has to do with the said problems. By the way, check your inbox.
