I can't resist a Tri-Ace game. Valkyrie Profile, Tales of Phantasia, Star Ocean, they make some of my favorite RPGs ever, even if its bad ROF will still be fun.

Gease Monkies in Narshen, most of the monsters in zozo as well as a few bosses (namely the prick at the top of the tower of magic)

What you don't understand about this is:

ALL enemies can do this. Yes, even the normal mobs. It's not unique like a bomb. That's the problem. This combined with an insanely high encounter rate early on make the game very hard to play (not the same as difficult).
