Yeah, thanks alot MO_Disk that was a great video, if you find anything similar please share, I'm curious as to why he opted to gather the time at the end as opposed to the start though, doesn't seem that effective in my opinion, it certainly inspired me to play alot more solo though.

You guys might want to also check out this video as well http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pGNX_Ff-hz0 in my opinion their play was much more solid, Prison is an incredibly difficult stage though so you really need to know what you're doing and have a set path in mind from the beginning.

Also, if anyone cares I've re-adjusted the tier list in my originaly post slightly to better reflect their capabilities and advantages as individual characters, if I felt they were stronger in duos I stated as much, hopefully that should help clear up some confusion.

I have a question....

If Sheva (Tribal) really is one of the worst characters for points, why is she so high on the leaderboards for Experimental Facility? Almost all of the top spots are taken by players using her, in solo mode. Is she just good there or something?

I believe she might be half decent on the experimental facility as the soldier majini can prove relatively difficult to finish off with melees at times for the average player, and the lickers present no real way outside of countering their lunge to set them up for the stab, which would be the only realistic way to accumulate time against them and doesn't even seem to be provokable. But if anyone knows of a way to floor them outside of the counter consistently I'd love to hear about it.

In other words she might seem to shine on that stage in particular, as it's rather difficult to build time as any character, so her inability to set up melee kills isn't as big of an issue. I still wouldn't consider her a "good" choice though, just a rare example where she's not at as big of a disadvantage.

Very true assement. Sheva tribal is a definite killer at experimental facility. I wouldsay overall, she is not a top tier character, more a middle to lower tier, but she suits this stage quite well. When my friend and set our record ( 19th overall) he was tribal sheva. As you said, melee attcks at this level are nto a huge part of teh strategy, and even elss so when lickers come, in fact, its crazy to work on the "stab' attack on lickers, theres just too many of them.

As well, the abundance of time in the leev, as well as the combo clocks beign relativly close to teh action, mean melee attcks are nto necessary. My strategy above tells all, and whats more important is keeping the combo clock going, sniping fro ma distance, and finishign with alot of time left. In one round, my friend and I had only 12 lickers left. with almost 3 and a hlaf minutes left, a sure top ten finish, when of course, i failed to counter thei lunge, and was impaled.

Ya, this is sheva tribla stage, her oen shot kill works wonders on the majini, and very well on the lickers, althoguh i would say battlesuit jill is the best of course.

Great stuff Biohazard, I am having a bit of trouble visualizing those spots. I know what you mean about the lower raised platform, its where the ramp leads to from that spike area, the ramp leads to that middle area and the ramp continues up, right. So where is this place where you go up and down the ladder? Is that the area I was usually at, that has that small raised step with the combo bonus and a ladder at the back that goes up?

Tonight I will probably be playing the story with a friend, so probably not tonight. You have no mic? We can do the signal thing, that works.

That was awesome, two Weskers is unstoppable, double magnum to the bosses. I wish the camera was on the other player though as he had the harder route to find the time bonuses. Perfect spot for the long combo run at the end, double melee keeps the time going. A perfect plan, sweet.

I wanted to use Chrises in this, but for the best scores I guess I'll just have to play Wesker.

I've been doing fairly well thus far using Midnight Wesker, there only 3 maps that really give me fits. Missile, Ship Deck and Prison. I seem to run out of enemies to fast on the missile map, the layout is just plain weird. The problem on ship deck is the over abundance of chainsaw jackholes and prison is just a nightmare, sheesh. The axemen in that map are on some major ROIDS. My scores are no where near good but I've been good enough to unlock all but three of the remaining characters. It will be quite some time before I can challenge anyone let alone the top 500.

Agent Wong, for Ship Deck I recommend finding and using the 3 different rocket launchers, it's the only stage where you can find those. There is also a grenade launcher with flame rounds, but flame rounds aren't that good in my opinion.
