This is in contrast with what I've read here. I remember reading somewhere on this site that Krauser was the only individual infected with the T-Virus.

Krauser has Las Plagas, RE4 has nothing regarding the T-Virus except the intro.

It says he is infected with Las Plagas in Ada's Report. The only times the T-Virus is mentioned in the intro, and the conversation Leon and Luis have when they're hostages.

"I got involved in the incident at Raccoon City, on my first day in the force"
"That's the incident with the viral outbreak, right? I think I saw a sample of the virus".

Obviously it never was the T-Virus.
