Yeah so we can see what happened to him after him and Rebecca split up.

I wouldnt mind at all to c billy at all in a cameo roll in re5.it would be even better if he was in the re5 verson of the mercenaries.

I am curious to what happened to him next, after all he was apart of Resi and I am curious about how the events effected him and his life afterwards. But more in the sense of reading it in a file rather than a cameo, character flashback, or a playable part.

I still have a gut feeling he will tie somehow into Resi5, though that could just be wishful thinking on behalf of my frustration in that he adds NOTHING to the overall mythology of Resident Evil.

Ya ive heard that nemesis is suposed to be billy because of the way they say S.T.A.R.S. . but i know thats all crap. i have a feeling billy will be in or be mention in resi5.

IMO he shouldn't come back. RE must not go the same way as metal gear 4 went, stuffing all the characters in one game.
It just becomes to far fetched.
Before we know it Ingrid Hunnigan is Chris' contact in RE5 and mayor Warren is the new mayor of the african town...

Yes Billy should have came back he at least should have been in a new
RE game that capcom should have made he at least should have been
added in RE5 instead of Chris since Chris has been in 3 games already

Billy was probally still on the run from the navy since he was blamed for
killing 23 people which he didn't do
Billy either made it to the streets or roads away from Racoon City or a
Zombie dog got him

Billy was a Marine and he's probably hiding out still. I know for damn sure unless I got a letter straight from the President himself I wouldn't come out of hiding for anything.

Yes, I agree that he should return for at least one more game. It wouldn't have to be anything major. Perhaps a starring role in Gun Survivor 5 would do. That way, we could at least have a new game that focuses on Billy, and his past, without getting in the way of all the other stuff that goes on in the series. Surely Capcom will not just forget about him. Although, if he was in or around Raccoon City at the time of the outbreak, I highly doubt he'd have made it out.
