Billy Coen has to come back, hes one of the only people to not be in more than one game.

I don't care what anyone says Billy is the bomb and he is better than Rebecca, Steve,Carlos, and all the outbreak characters combined so he deserves to come back.

On a side not my friend got that tatoo on his arm just like Billy's so it always make me think about Billy coming back.

Me too, I´d like Billy back and to be reunited with Rebecca too. I hope he shows up in later RE games.

His character was really good so if anybody needs to come back it's him.

I don't think he's gonna be the MC in RE5. I kinda thought it might be him when I first watched the teaser trailer, but I noticed he didn't have the tatoo on his arm. So unless he had it removed to stay off the radar of getting caught, I don't think it's him. It would be nice to see him make a comeback(besides UC), even though it may be unlikely.
