Questionable. Most of the games would have benefited from more cut-scenes since only about 60% of the story actually makes it into the final games.

Cutscenes are broken up by gameplay. There's a bit of a difference. Two hours of cutscenes in a 10-15 hour video game is not the same as a two hour long movie.
