Yeah same here. Joker has two games already. I think it's a time for new villain to shine. I personal favourite is HUSH.

Yeah HUSH would be a great choice!! So would Archangel, or the character known as "mysterious watcher' in Arkham City.

But that makes my point more. Both Hush and the Watcher were unresloved issues in Arkham City. How can Batman just let them get away?

The watcher's name is Azrael.

As for him getting away? He was only a messenger, hardly going to be high on Batman's priorities.

In the meantime the Arkham canon is being continued via the comic book series. It's possible Hush's arc could be finished there.

That would be shame. Hush had simply the best side mission in AC. I consider him as THE best and most dangerous Batman's villain.

Oh oops. Thanks for that name. And Azrael mentioned something "bigger" coming and that Batman needed to be ready. What was it?

That would be a huge bummer if they continued it with the comics. Not many people, myself included, would get to see how the story played out.

It wasn't made clear - just that darker days were on the way, or words to that effect either way.

Agree that the comics shouldn't be the way to go with his and Hush's storylines, but the option is there at least. But i don't see why just because there's a prequel on the way that those tails can't be finished later?

The Justice League push comes as DC want to push the brand as much as possible to make more people aware of it before their movies releases in (i think?) 2015. Once that game is out of the way, they could quite easily pick up where they've left off now.

There are so many unsolved threads (we haven't even mentioned Scarecrow) in Arkham City that i really can't see them just abandoning that whole story.

Yeah, your theory on them trying to build steam for the Justice League movie makes sense. In america "The Avengers" made over 600 million dollars and is the second highest grossing movie off all time.

Not that the two compare but obviously DC (and whoever is making the movie) would be trying to follow in those foosteps. Here's a hint though; if Christian Bale isn't Batman give it up.

Bale continues to say he has no interest - with Nolan also distancing himself (at the moment) from doing any more Batman in future i can't think he'll be involved. So you're left with a scenario of a new film in three years time in which they'll need to make you get behind a whole new Batman having seen the role done so well for the past eight or nine years.

They could always bring back George Clooney! He always seems to do well at the box office! LOL

Arkham City is free for PS+ subscribers. I was hoping for a discount since I don't mind having a digital version but it's still $30 (and I do have 2 copies of the game).
