Ah okay. I was beginning to wonder what the hell happened. My games were running pretty smoothly up to that point but then it seemed like that one day I experienced all the glitches and lag. And I play pretty similarly to Ikari. Going after players is the much better bet. If you think about it, you need to kill 8 zombies just to outdo one player kill. Hunters are not as frequent, but they are a pain to fight. Sometimes if I see a cluster of zombie, I will throw a frag to rack up quick points though.

I go after other players and as stated, kill zombies that get in my way. If a hunter comes after me or a licker, I kill them unless another player is close by and doing so would leave me open to punishment. If I'm running around and not able to find other players (if either someone's scanner is recharging or no one picked a surveilance char), I'll toss a grenade at a mob of zombies myself or hunt Hunters/Lickers etc. to make sure I'm still getting kills and points rather than mindlessly run around back and forth wasting time. Hunters aren't hard to kill. Just keep backing up while unloading juggernaut shots into their head. The only annoyance is when they keep leaping at you and knocking you down repeatedly or get fussy and keep turning around to go after someone else and then turn back to you when you shoot them then turn around again etc. Making you hit their backs more than their faces and delay their deaths.

And Lickers are the easiest to kill, just annoying when you have to sit through their tongue lash hold and waste time. Especially annoying if there's more than one and you're trying to kill them and you get locked into one tongue grab, get out then the second one does it's tongue grab, then back to the first one. It's like seriously........ If I see a Tyrant, I almost always make him my priority kill since I can down him in about half a minute and he's worth a lot of points that I dont' want the other team to get.

Yesterday when I was playing with Robyn, I got a 7 player kill streak, 14 player kills in general, 50+ kills in total and downed a Tyrant all in one match. Needless to say I was content and made the #1 rank for the match, har.

But, what was pissing me off is that I'd have a fully charged Super Armor and go into battle and press to activate it and it wouldn't activate then I'd get pummeled by tag teams I woulda been able to handle if the damn Super Armor had activated. Happened to me repeatedly. Then when I respawned, my super armor is 'recharging' even though it never activated. It was frustrating.

Yeah I agree pretty much with what you said. That is almost exactly how I play the game. The main reason Hunters are annoying to fighter are simply because they don't get stunned easily and their leaping attack is really annoying. Not to mention getting knocked down as soon as you get up is beyond annoying. I had a Tyrant knock me down 5 times in a row before I could get any distance from him.

And its seems like the easiest way to build a streak is by using super soldier. I finally got the achievement for killing 10 players in a row by using Lupo and the Hammer. I definitely wouldn't have been able to do that as Spectre. Since I use Party Girl and Shona on the Spec Ops, I rarely get high streaks when I spawn as them. SS is really irritating and is borderline broken. The assault class overall is just really good. Its even more annoying if they are packing a Juggernaut or Riot Gun. SS is a great anti-camping tool, but I don't feel there are enough viable counters to SS in the heat of battle. And I also have had instances where I haven't been able to activate SS in when it was fully charged which lead to my death.

Tyrants are easy to avoid. Just dodge to the side when he does any kind of attack towards you. You can get up and unload into his head and back up before he even finishes his attack animation most of the time. Only time I ever actually get hit by a Tyrant is if I end up backing up into a wall and corner myself. Even then, I can usually still get out of it with dodges.

Anyway, Super Soldier is over powered yes, but, it only absorbs a set amount of shots. Using something like the Samurai Edge to windle the armor down fast is an effective strategy against it to allow your teammates or yourself depending, to take down the SS player.

Pain Killer on the other hand absorbs 90% of damage done and lasts the entire duration of the ability unlike Super Soldier. And it's a Medic Ability. Medics who start with a Faid and can get up to 4. Which means they can almost guarantee to heal themselves to full health before you even get all their life down while in Pain Killer anyway.

Both abilities can equally be annoying. But, they both have their drawbacks too. PainKiller distorts your hearing and vision while active, which can make it a pain to keep track of a moving target and other incoming enemies while in a fire fight with it on.

And SS as mentioned has only a set amount of absorbed shots before it deactivates, and it has a very large cool down period before it can be used again. And if you're killed before it finishes cooling down, it starts it's recharge from scratch when you respawn.

So yeah, SS is a pain but it's not unbeatable and players using it aren't unbeatable either. The only time it's honestly a true pain is when the SS player is on a close knit team that backs them up and does the grunt work while they're recharging. It's next to impossible to deal with a team like that with a SS player on it when playing with Randoms who aren't working together with you. So the other team and their SS player will easily dominate you left and right.

As long as I have at least one friend on my team that works with me, I usually don't do too bad against it though.

Tyrants are easy to avoid. But I did get hit by one while I was dealing with a Hunter. And he kept knocking me over constantly.

I'll agree that SS isn't unbeatable, but its still a major annoyance when you are up against someone in a one on one fight and you are using Party Girl or Spectre. The only thing I can think of doing is throwing a flashbang, displacing, and then trying to re-engage them when the SS has worn off. But sometimes running can get you killed easily. I have yet to run into an organized team. But I noticed it is pretty rare when randoms work together. I'll be honest, I get annoyed when someone picks Spectre or Party Girl and doesn't use the threat scanner ability to help out the team. As far as I can tell, it is by far the most useful ability for that class.

Either way, if you are interested, I would like to team up if you have this for 360. None of my friends play the game anymore, and it would be fun to play with a competent player.

Hey Obzen, I got this for the 360 if you'd like to team up. :) I consider myself a fairly competent player. I play with a bunch of other really good people too so when we have room in the squad or when I'm not playing with anyone in general, I'd like to play with ya. Would be cool to play with someone from Biohaze, actually! Everyone just has that damn game for the PS3 on here, haha.

My tag is USS Agent Eo. You might have actually seen me around, I have played a -lot- team attack lately.

Grenade Launcher is the counter to SS. Had SS on multiple times last night and got killed in one hit from a grenade launcher wielding Vector and a Lupo. Apparently Grenade Launchers don't care about SS armor. So there you go. If someone's pissing you off with SS armor, go grab a launcher and deal with them.

And I have the game for ps3 unfortunately. Do play with Eow though, she's on the game like 24/7 whenever I hop on XBL lol and she's awesomesauce as well so :)

Alright that sounds cool. I just added you but it seems I just missed you when I sent the request. Either way, I sent it to you and I look forward to playing some time.
