New Predators was quite good. AVP was so so. Did not think they matched up to the main Alien and Predator films, though they were okay.

They were not. They were blasphemous. The Preds in the first AVP were fat and plastic and their mannerisms were all wrong. Horrible stuff.

Now I'm going to go watch Alien 3 since you have offended me by mentioning those shitty movies.

Here's your proof that Prometheus is indeed the next Alien film, despite what Ridley Scott wants us to think.

Look quick, as they won't be up long but needless to say the derelict ship and the alien eggs created in all their perfect glory. Looks exactly the same as in Alien. Awesome stuff.

Just seen the new trailer for Prometheus .It looks amazing only is it being hyped too much as IF the studio was that confident in it surly it should have been saved for a Summer release.

Aliens is one of the few films where the sequel is better than the first. Alien 3 tried hard and if the bar had not been set so high then maybe the reception for it would have been better. Resurrection and Predator mash up where just cash cows for the name alone .

I don't know I have found a few of Ridley Scott's film's hard work I never got my head around Blade Runner although the performnces where breathtaking 1492 ,Kingdom of Hevan A Good Year. Then again Alien ,Gladiator, Legend, Black Hawk Down, Flipping good films. Might just wait and see what happens when it comes out.

Ohh and Play have got the 4 films on Blu Ray steelbook looks a nice set if anyone is interested out 4th June.

I hope Idris Elba doesn't sacrifice himself to save everyone...
it looks that way by the recent trailer.

I have just had my worries about it added to as I have seen the tail end of an interview saying depending how it performs it is the start of a trilogy.Guess the hype at the minute they will say anything.

Now IF this is the case could just be the start of cash registers dinging suits foaming at the mouth and fans left disappointed, like thire has not been enough of that with this franchise already.

Yeah. I'm looking forward to this myself, if only because I love the orig. Alien & Predator movies so much. Don't have much of an opinion on the two AVP spin offs. Not even worthy of being included in the box sets they shell out in stores.
