He was also behind the scenes for how many years doing who knows what, obviously there was plenty of downtime for him to get a whore or whatever the case may be and have some fun. And this is all only counting post RE stuff, who knows what he was doing pre-RE when he was still human, he certainly had sex prior.

Just because we don't see them having sex on screen doesn't mean they're not. Same for having a kid. He could have had slept with a woman and she had a child and he never knew, or he found out but simply didn't care as it wasn't part of his plan so he ignored her and the child and the child grew up hating him etc.

Tons of routes to go. Just because a son wasn't mentioned previously doesn't mean it's impossible to make happen later on.
