Various Japanese websites are currently reporting the upcoming CG movie Biohazard Damnation will be released on August 2012. Movie reviews site eiga (映画), Anime DVD listing site Skr.jp and AnimeAgent, a Facebook page for Anime news.

The Japanese Wikipedia article for the movie also gives more details, inlcuding a running time of 97 minutes and part of the staff working on it such as Makoto Kamiya (Director), Shotaro Suga (Writer), Hiroyuki Kobayashi (Producer), Hiroshi Tsujimoto (Executive Producer) and Tetsuya Takahashi (Music Composer).

I've been really interested in this since the trailer. I'm glad we get some light on when it's actually going to be released... in Japan.

I don't really understand why they're releasing so much Resident Evil stuff in one year. I hope it focuses more on existing characters, though :X

I love the fully loaded RE year, I love their games (and CGI film), and now we get something else to wait for, i just hope that this has something to do with RE6, seeing as it has a European Warzone, with lickers, and there is apparently global bio-terrorism, as introduced into Degeneration

Revelations just released, ORC in March, BH6 Demo early summer, Damnation soon after and then Biohazard 6. Best time for Biohazard in years, at least in regards to quantity.
