I woul love for Leon, Chris, Jill, and Ada to all have their own scenarios, but I dont see Jill getting onedue to Revelations. Though, Id rather her have one than Ada. It would be cool to see a cladsic scenario, possibly with Claire.

Let's just wait for zombies on motorcycles before making any kind of judgment on what this game might turn out to be. Can't wait to see the characters' fatalities this time around (I love seeing outrageous action maneuvers that make the enemies seem nonthreatening and to make the atmosphere as non-RE like as possible).

I will say that I'm glad Leon decided to be a man this time. I hope he has a beard before its over. In fact, I hope Ada decides to be a man too. Every character should have a beard, actually. Bring Wesker back by having his head on Barry's body just like in Jojo's with all the characters having beards and this game might be good.

I eagerly anticipate IGN doing the files again so we can find a bunch of obvious typos that 95% of the population can spot on the first read.

It definitely looks better than 4 & 5 to me, though as many have stated we've only seen one trailer. It would be nice if they had scenarios with Chris, Jill, Claire, Leon, Ada and possibly others, or at least include them in the story. I've been waiting for a big RE with the main protagnists all in it at once. Maybe this could be the one.

I'm willing to bet that the blonde is Ashley, she must've been around when the president gets infected, I imagine Alex (or whoever that guy is, but that's who it might be) intervened and kidnapped/took her away from it all while Leon was busy doing the old "oh I knew you when you were a human I CAN'T DO IT" routine.

Or you know, cue major speculation from everyone until we get more info.

Edit: On further speculation it looks a bit more like Sherry actually, then again it's possible it's just a new character altogether.

I wont be upset who it is, I'd rather we have Sherry back, but Ashley makes more sense to me. I just dont want it to be a new character. Who knows maybe theyll BOTH be in the game.

I hope if Jill is in Chris' story after you beat it you can choose to play as her.

Also if they do alt outfits again I hope they dont waste time on stuff like Safari. want S.T.A.R.S, Code Veronica, maybe RE5's, Made In Heaven, or something random like Chris' Arrange Mode outfit.

Jill doesn't need to have a playable story. She already had LiN, DE and Revelations pretty much dedicated to her in the past 2 years. Wouldn't mind her being a cameo in the story though, like she contacts Chris via comm and shows up on a video playback or something, or she's in the ending or something. Just don't feel she needs to be shoe horned into yet another starring role, otherwise it becomes overkill. Hell, Chris is my favorite char yet I feel like he's a bit on the overkill side himself lately, kinda similiar with Leon considering he had RE4, Degeneration, Damnation and ORC and now 6. Eh, I guess they're all a bit on overkill at this point, who knows.

Anyway, certainly wouldn't be opposed to them including other chars like Jill and many more in the multiplayer modes like Mercs, Versus etc. Don't care if the chars are dead, not in the game etc. Jill, Wesker, Sherry, Claire, Sheva, Rebecca, Barry, Carlos etc. would be a nice addition to the multiplayer modes to allow us to finally play as all our favorites together in one big game.

You could say the same thing about Chris. He just starred the last main entry, whereas Jill only had a supporting role in said game and was only playable on short extra modes. Of course, the Jill fan inside me would love to see her in this game having a role/being playable, but if not I'll be fine haha. She already leads Revelations which is a blessing for all old school fans alike.

They had to use Chris & Leon imo.
As far as them solo in the staring role, 4 & 5 are about the best they are going to do with each character.
You get the character hype of more general fans with Leon and Chris' fans seem more veteran RE1 fans(just my opinion don't hate) because of the fan demand for Leon he had to be used. Jill is basically half of Chris' story after her roles in 5,LIN,DE, Revelations she wouldn't have the hype of Leon and Chris in the same game. Its uncharacteristic for Claire to be there without a convoluted reason. also been way to long from CV to bring character hype.
If they do:
Leon & Jill = Nasty, just wrong
Ada & Anyone = GA "oh I remember her from 4"
Claire & Anyone = GA "oh yeah she is Chris' sister"
Chris & Jill = Been done before
Chris & Leon = "RE leads together BRO-SPLOSION!!!"
