I have a strong feeling the Raccoon City sets aren't flashbacks. So far all we've seen is a nieghborhood, it could be some sort of training simulator like the Hospital/Lab/Mansion from Extinction.

I wasn't to happy about this movie but after seeing Ada's actress in a few things im excited now to see what they do with her but also mostly Carlos he was a character I never liked till the movie version. surprised he is back.
