I like it for the challenge, and it is the only part of the game where you can fight hordes by yourself, that can be fun sometimes.

Anyway, I think Safari Chris should be higher, he's C right now right? Definitely at least B material in my opinion. Sure he only has two rocket launchers, and he looks like a zebra, but his shotgun is strong so you can surely take out at least one of the usual 3 bosses without a rocket. The Red Executioner would be the only problem I can see.

Anywho. Anyone have tips for dealing with the red executioner? He has so much health, seems to be the only boss I really have trouble with, unless I'm playing as a Wesker.

Yes I can help you with that Foxy. Two words actually...Rocket Launcher. I actually got my best score on prison with Chris the Zebra.

You could take a few pistol shots to his head and follow up with shotgun blasts to his back (preferably) while he's down on his knee.

You could also take advantage of his vulnerability while he climbs through windows and over fences.

I devised that tier list in the first place, who else would you be talking to?

To be honest, if your arguments were based on anything other than your own personal preference or experience, I would have simply agreed to disagree. In PA if you get the Chicken spawn, you can kill the Chicken in less then a second by aiming to your left without moving and shooting the barrel thru the fence. You have to hit it with first shot sometimes or else the chicken will run away from it. Kinda useful if you don't feel like chasing the Chicken around later in the game.
