I Prefer file 1 cindy but i do admit that file 2's fits her girly nature a little bit more.

Dear god, all of this. I'll take David's 'Rorschach' voice over the awkward one from File 2 anyway, even if he heard less of it.

The ones from 'File #1', easy. They complimented the characters greatly and the cast itself did a fine job implementing them.

I Hated David's Voice In File #2 and I'm Surprize Alyson Court Didn't Do Yoko In File #2 Since She Did Her Voice In File #1 and Was a Big Part Of Making The Outbreaks

The File 2 NPCs were random Capcom employees. They had a list of things to say. They didn't even know what it was for.
