Beat Zero and act as if it was fun.

I honestly have no clue what to tell you. Move around him and shoot. If there is something better to do I really don't know because Zero is frustrating most of the time that I play it. It did look wonderful, and I REALLY enjoyed some of the puzzles, but items often became a nuisance. The character switch things just wasn't used to anywhere near it's full potential.

I really enjoyed about half of the game, and it's worth playing, but it definately is a dissapointment. So, because of the fact that the game is a disapointment, I say you just blast him. Nothing better to do.

Well, it's at a point in the game where you'd like to conserve a bit. Ramza, I'd more or less step at him -- let him lunge -- back up a hair and sharply run to one of his sides, it's a pretty sure tactic to dodging and you can even get a few knife slashes in there.

LOL!

Yeah, I pretty much agree with your thoughts on the game. I mean I do enjoy it, but, like you said, it just wasn't used to it's full effect. It's like all the stuff any one character could do in any other RE game they decided to split it in half just so I have to bring up the menu, switch to Rebecca, mix herbs, then switch back to Billy, then exit menu. I don't think the item dropping worked well either. I just ended up dropping in a room that wasn't likely to have any enemies.

I think they should have at least tried co-op though. Remember Sonic 2 for the Genesis, how a second player could just pick up the controller and play as Tales? I think that would've been cool for this game.

W00t! I beat that idiot on the first floodfluckin try, after having just come back to this game from months! Damn, I'm good. See, I just took the Magnum with me. I had to run back to the church to get more munitions. When I fought him, I had the Magnum with 8 rounds plus a box of 9, and the Grenade Launcher with 16 rounds.. also full health, and a 3-herb mixed herb.

After the cut-scene, I just aimed, then adjusted my aim as he was turning around, and started shooting--carefully. I could tell I got off FOUR 'criticals' in a row without having to move yet. Then I got knocked around a bit. In the end I used up 10 magnum rounds, and out of those, one of those rounds I totally wasted, and that was it. :P

Well if you hav'nt beat it already then here is my advice.

Go up behind the tyrant and shoot him in the back of the skull with the magnum.

Just shoot then move, and always, if you want to run past him, run past the side of him that doesn't have the claw.
