I honestly think if it wasent for Marcus releasing the virus in RE0 then none of the events would of happend.....sure, wesker still probably would of tryed shit with the viruses, but he wouldent be obseesed as he is if he never saw the true power of it all.

Well accually it's Wesker and Birkins fault.

If Spencer would'nt have told Birkin and Wesker to kill Marcus, then Marcus would'nt have needed his revenge.

Now i think of it all 3 of them were the cause of the mansion incident but not the outbreak'oh no. That was all the US militarys fault for murdering birkin(although hunk secretly worked for umbrella inc.) and birkins mind went all cabaged after injection of the G-virus. Causing him to go insane killing off the team and cracking samples on the floor which the rats fed off thus creating the ultimate nightmare.
