In RE4 Leon talks with Saddler and theres a sentence of Saddler which i do not get it fully;

Leon S. Kennedy: [after Leon arrives on Saddler's island, Saddler calls him] I hate to break it out to you, but Salazar's dead.
Osmund Saddler: Yes, it seems that way.
Leon S. Kennedy: Saddler why don't you give up and let Ashley go home?
Osmund Saddler: Perhaps you are disillusioned with overconfidence, just because you killed my small-time subordinate?
Leon S. Kennedy: Saddler, you're small time.
Osmund Saddler: [laughs] Writhe in my cage of torment, my friend.

Wouldn't be better using illusioned instead disillusioned ?

While I don't know if this is worth a whole discussion topic, I do agree with you. That is weird. Well, no one is perfect when it comes to word usage.

Yes, it seems. But i don't understand why you said is it worth it or not? I just specified sth about the game, isn't it worth it to know :smile: ?

No, the English used in that sentence is perfectly fine.

Don't question Resident Evil 4 ever again.

I expect this from someone who couldn't spell beautiful. :lol: And technically, no one can question "Resident Evil 4” itself. Your sentence should have been, don't question Resident Evil 4's voice over dialogue or grammar. :wink:

Now, don't disagree with Warlord even when he's right - ever again.

Just another flaw in RE4, the game has alot of them.

But then again, there's lots of little things like this in all Resident Evil games.

Why is the sentence flawed?

It looks fine to me, honestly. Disillusioned may not have been the best word choice, because it's somewhat implied by overconfidence itself, but it works.

Exactly. I think it's just unnecessarily wordy for the purpose that's all.
