An IP address only matches if it was registered via the same IP. I thought everyone knew that.

Anyway, it wasn't me who made those votes.

Pedro, you think we don't know how this stuff works?

We've identified 4 accounts created today by you. You used the same proxy for Sham 69 and Harry Mason, while two others for Havier and Rodney Hill respectively. They don't match your main IP (Pedro 5) but they matched your user agent, which we can trace in the Admin Control Panel.

Again, this only makes matters worse.

On one of the other many forums he was banned at, someone posted a warning to all other forum administrators saying this:
