Read Stephen Kings Skeleton Crew (512 pages of 22 short stories)
Excellent read, some of the stories were really gripping, especially "Survivor Type", (diary) which was about a doctor trying to smuggle a large amount of heroin onto a boat, later finding himself marooned on a small island with limited supplies.
Spoiler:
Running out of options and finding himself with a broken ankle, he ingests some of the heroin for anesthesia for the continous operations. He finds it harder and harder to kill the local birds he sees flying around, so it is shown in the last few diary entries that he has resorted to eating the rest of himself below the waist and even his ears. The journal descends into incomprehensible hysteria, which reminded me so much of the one Keepers Diary in the first Resident Evil.

Also finished The Hunger Games by Suzzane Collins (1st book of the Hunger Games Trilogy). The writing is a bit simplistic, but the story is great. Finished that in nearly a week it was so good.
Started Catching Fire yesterday (sequel to "The Hunger Games") and halfway through it.

Finished Catching Fire in a snap. Someone already had borrowed the third book from our High School Library, so I'm stuck reading Stephen King's Pet Semetary...

God, I love the first Hunger Games book. Not too big a fan of the other two. I just couldn't get into their story.

Rereading the Eragon series for the at least 15th time. I have a problem.

I read Eldest ages ago. Tried reading that third Eragon book, but I just gave up about a 100 pages in. I guess I just couldn't put up the way the book progressed, or it could have been the authors style.
We aren't ever bound to see a sequel to the movie adaption, are we? Not that its neccessary...

Apparently people who liked the book hated the film, and people who liked the film hated the book. Not sure they're going to make a sequal to the film though, it didn't do too well, I think.

Saw Riders on the Storm (John Densmores expierence with The Doors) in my uncles room, so I am currently juggling that with Pet Semetary.
My dad gave me some great advice, just put your fingers a random spot on the book, open it, and its bound to be a good part.

I just finished (re)reading the Mortal Instuments series, and the prequel. I have conspiracies already about the upcoming fourth book. Now it's back to the bookshelf to find more books

Finished Riders on the Storm yesterday evening. Great read, I'd have to say its a better overall experience then The Doors movie (by Oliver Stone). I would suggest it to any Doors fan, or even someone who enjoys some enlightenment.
