I watched GI Joe and the Taking of Pelham 123 the other night. GI Joe was fantastic, i was really surprised. sure its the definition of summer popcorn flick but not every movie needs a deep engaging plot. Pelham was good for what it is, it didnt grab me as much as Denzel's other flicks have. is anyone else tired of seeing this guy in hostage negotiator films??

i also recently watched Battlestar Galactica The Plan which just came out on DVD and BD. what a waste of 25 bucks. the plan with this movie was one last time to squeeze BSG fans out of a few bucks. i felt cheated, sad and bored when the credits came on. it came scary close to tarnishing the rest of the series. it succeeded in cheapening one of the best moments in the first season. way to go SyFy channel. i knew i should of waited to buy it after it aired on TV. thats what i get for thinking they could do no wrong with BSG.

Man that movie creeps me out, I only like the part where John Goodman comes out and starts kicking spider ass!

I last watched The Green Mile. Man that is a great movie. Tom Hanks and Michael Clark Duncan both did great work on the movie. I cried at the end.

I didn't like Lord Of War when i saw it at the cinema, was quite disappointed. Yet for some reason, it's unmissable whenever it's on TV now, brilliant film. Not sure what changed!

However, Face/Off, The Rock and Con Air are all better Cage flicks!

Why would be so insulting? WHAT'S CON-AIR?! Shit man, download it five minutes ago!

Cage plays a military guy who kills someone in a fight on his first night back in town and gets sent to prison. Upon his release he's shipped out on a plane that's being used to transfer cons to every prisons. The plane is hijacked as part of an escape plan.

All star cast doesn't come close to describing the cast! Cage, John Malkovic, Steve Buscemi, John Cusack, Ving Rhames, Dave Chapelle, Danny Trejo. It's amazing. It's basically part of Cage action trilogy, all three i mentioned need to be seen.
