Ever played Heavy Rain? Ever wanted more? Well here it is, sit back and enjoy the ride.

This show is absolutely incredible. Most definitely my favorite series next to The Walking Dead. It presents what seems like a straightforward murder case, but expands into something much bigger. The plot twists are well thought out and will leave you dumbfounded at times. Many shows as such tackle a different case each episode, this one is centered around one through out two entire seasons. To me, this is what makes it so personal and heartfelt. Lots of times murder is glorified through the media and used as a form of entertainment, The Killing does just the opposite. It helps explain just how precious a life can be and how mortifying murder is to a family and community.

Please use spoiler tags for any plot related discussion.

Damn, and I was interested in watching it. At least judging by the news, Fox Television Studios wants to find another home for it.

I had watched this from the beginning myself. Awesome story, everything you could want in a mystery but it was about the murder of one person, so it couldn't last forever.

No, no, no... guys, it's far from an incomplete show that was cancelled or something. It's fully complete and the story has come to a full conclusion. In no way should this "cancellation" weigh in on watching the series. The Killing is a remake of a Danish television series, it also covered one story arc over two seasons, just as this did. The show ended because it came to an end.

There were rumors of a season three, but it'd have to be something completely different and written from scratch. This story arc leaves nothing to build on, it was all done so well. I'd be all for more as I've grown to love the cast, but I'm more than happy with the series at it sits. Go watch it, now!

Yeah, don't think because it's cancelled that it's not worth getting into. In fact, just the term "cancelled" does the series a dis-service. This was one of those rare beasts of a TV show that was both outstanding, and that it ended exactly where it should and didn't drag out. Perfect really.

Superb show, the finale was intense - i struggled to hold it together! haha

As is so often the case now when a show finishes - Netflix are interested in getting the ball rolling again.

Horrendous idea, one i'm very much against!
