Until Claire returns in an actual game, I don't think they'll want to use Steve again just yet. Isn't he like a super boss anyway? Two hits from his large axe and that's you finished with.

I don't know I kind of hope that Steve does return although I agree that he probably won't return unless Claire is in the game. But yeah I liked Steve he was a cool character and deserves to return.

I hope that Steve does return cause they could seriously do some good stuff with that little plot device. I agree with the whole idea that Claire has to be there but to be honest that doesn't always have to be true because Chris knows of Steve, and with Wesker, the king of evil, having his hands on Steve he could easily be used against the Redfields.

In re6 or some other spinoff i could see steve taking over for wesker. i mean think about it. weskek takes steve,s body revives him tells him some lies about the redfields, corrupt him, or mind control, to be his pupil, sticks him ful of viruses over the years, then comes re5 wesker is "killed" steve takes over of tricell. continues the research. comes across claire somewhere, he takes her hostage in revenage, chris finds out and goes to rescue her he kills probly hundreds of god forsaken zombies and monsters, confronts steve in some chamber then steve would push a button a cryotube would pop out the floor to revile wesker in it, then chris would be like " why wont you die!!!" steve would blab about how tricell recovered weskers dna some how to clone him with all his original thoughts hence the same haterd for the redfields then steve would run away leaving claire and chris to fight wesker then he,ll take damage and run away to get stronger (i just relized this starting to sound i little bet like freddy vs. jason.) chris and claire would hunt steve down fighting him then wesker would re apper but doesnt attack the redfields instead he goes for steve wanting to regain control of tricell. the duke it out mutations and all and the final boss would be whoever wins . but of course would also lose. unless capcom wants to pull a 'what a twist' thing and kill the redfields. but then it probly wouldnt be a game it would be another movie.

Thats not that bad of an idea i mean i like it..and it would kinda make sense the whole "steve doesnt like the redfields cuz he felt he was betrayed by claire" but it wouldnt really work since steve died for claire so scratch that plot but instead have it that steve is like some sort of agent for tricell like hunk was for umbrella and i really like the idea of wesker clones but im preety sure everyone else here hates the idea lol since it would make it sound like the game series is starting to merge with the movies and i am POSITIVE most RE fans including me hate the films...well hate i s a strong word.but other than what i said in the beginning i like the idea tha Albert_Wesker_RE5 had

With Wesker gone and a reboot inevitable, I doubt Steve will resurface in another game, sad to say. I don't know how many people cared for him to be honest, but I really did want to see where they took it from his death. Lost potential is all it boils down to, really. In all fairness, I doubt he will be missed that much.

I would love steve to return he was awsome! he was like my 2nd or 3rd favorette charictor next to billy.
