I much prefer Rebecca's loadout, not only does she start with some decent weapons but having several herbs in her inventory from the off-set is a god send when you encounter insta-kill enemies like Super Salvador. Just heal and walk right through that double bladed chainsaw

I think it's fairly obvious who my main is though.

I haven't really said anything about this game, sorry about that. The reason being is cause I really dont care to talk about games I don't like, I much rather talk about games I do like, this game does nothing for me. I know its just Mercs but I expected a little more for the various "missions" the game was going to have. I thought they would have different objectives, something to mix up the usual formula. There are a few missions that are different but they are too few.

Also something about it just doesn't click with me. It feels like they nerfed most of the characters because you have to use the skill perks I guess. So this leads to characters feeling underpowered. The levels are smaller, the amount of enemies are fewer and its missing so many of the cool enemies you would battle like lickers. I find myself more frustrated with the game rather than having fun with it.

Same here, it's an ok game. It can have it's fun if you're bored and just wanna play a little mercs on the go. But, overall, it really just does absolutely nothing for me. I played it a bit when I first got it, but, once I beat the final mission, I barely touched it after that.

There's just no drive for me to play. At least Reunion and whatnot can be fun to play a few rounds when I'm bored. 3D just feels shallow in comparison though. It's a 'little' fun if you have a friend to play with, but, even still, it's just kinda 'eh'. Certainly not the worst game ever or even a 'bad' game. It's just nothing that really interests me to really bother with though.

It's just not good 'enough' for me to really care about it, or bother to play it.

I'm very much into aesthetics in my video games, which is why I prefer the console over handhelds; there's a lot more room for the small things that make a game really shine. Mercenaries on the console is a lot better to play for many reasons beyond the graphics and mechanics. Noticeably missing from Mercs 3D is the awesome camera motions while using melee and dashing with Wesker. Also, I'm not sure why they made it so each character's dialogue is barely audible.

Not being able to quick turn with the camera is one of the main reasons I can't stand playing it on the 3DS. Yes, you can do it with the touch screen but it's so uncomfortable and doesn't feel right to do it that way. I can't seem to play and do that and have it feel 'natural'. So I'm stuck running around like most newbies in the game simply 180'ing to turn around and slowly turning left and right and getting hit or grabbed by enemies constantly because of it.

It just makes it feel very clunky to control.
