Well, more like all three, if you counted Dino Crisis as well.

I'd say starting over would probably be the best option for them. Though I have absolutely zero faith that Capcom can make a survival horror game, and they haven't been able to for about 6 years with the release of RE4. To be fair, I only liked the first DC game, I really didn't like how DC2 removed the survival horror and RE-like aspects of the series. A sequel would of course be abyssal, especially if that sequel was set after DC3. A spin-off might work if it was something like the Mercenaries minigame, but with zombies or if it was like RE:Outbreak.

That would be a great game, but it's not likely to happen. DC hasn't had a sequel since '03 and there would have to be loads of fan interest. LOADS. So until then, there won't be anything DC related in general. If anything, we need a DC remake to showcase modern day graphics or an RE2 remake (I want the latter to be made first, though).

The only plausible thing I can see happening at this point, would be a reboot. It's been far to long in my opinion to see the series get a sequel now, especially if it was a sequel to 2 (since I assume they'd ignore 3 for obvious reasons). As much as I love Regina, the series would need a successful reboot now. Either survival horror like the first or action orientated like the second, I'd be happy with either. Would love a game like 2 but with RE4 gameplay, and something like the battle mode in 2 where you could play as the dinos.

There aren't enough good dinosaur games out there.

DC was an obscure passage. Great game, but not much else!

I love Dino Crisis and I would love a REmake style remake of the first Dino Crisis. But with Capcom and the survival horror genre in general in it's current state, Capcom would probably just make it into a RE4/RE5 style shooter or something like Call of Duty, Gears of War and Turok, as opposed to something brilliant like REmake.
