I thought a Dino Crisis site in the vein of Biohaze would be great. I don't know why my site is still called Freewebs since they moved to Webs.

I don't think it should just cover Dino Crisis, though, but I feel like it needs a 'spiritual successor' to get by, until Capcom can come up with the real Dino Crisis 4.

I'm gonna ask Beasley to download an SMF forum for me, since he already has a host. I quite like the idea of covering the Turok games as well, on a separate basis, so anybody who's into Turok could probably volunteer to help out.

You have limited web design skills (i dare say no knowledge of html coding), below average language skills, and probably couldn't get together enough information yourself to make it worth bothering with.

Not to mention, Beasley has already offered you a domain name and hosting (with apparently no strings), so there's no sense in bothering people here with it when you'll already have as much help as you need.

What makes you think people would care about the Dino Crisis section on Biohaze either? You either failed to or forgot to defend that!
