The mansion part, jill doesn't have her hat. I don't think it's another mansion so it's probably just a test area.
Meaning the game will be 3rd person and about exploration, like inafune said.

Wow, that was unexpected. Looks interesting. But Chris and Jill in their BSAA uniforms and in a mansion makes me think this will be a retelling too, and the ship + HUNK might be Gaiden! However, I'm confused why are they pointing their guns at eachother...

I don't think they have one, but at 8PM (PST) there will be a live stream at Capcom Unity from their booth, maybe we can see something there. There's also the Sony conference in 5 minutes, I think this will be RE: Portable afterall.

Is it just me, but the girl in the picture doesn't look like Jill at all. At least not compared to her Re5 counterpart. The only thing that is the same is the "girl's" outfit. Anyway's I don't think its Jill. Chris looks exactly the same, so how come Jill looks so different?

Jill looks the same IMO, maybe it's because of the lower texture detail than RE5, plus she doesn't have the hat.

I need save money for the new nintendo 3ds and one PSP i only have ps3 and Wii

So either the PSP game is canceled or this was it and they decided to give it to Nintendo. We'll wait and see.
