I don't think it is something special. It is just notice and warning and so. Nothing to do with the plot.

Noteworthy bits include that the "Making of" footage is no longer on disc (the JPN PS3 disc of the original dubbed as a BD movie disc as well so that footage was in 1080i). Versus mode is noted to be the same as the one off PSN (thank CVX for the translation)

Other than that, the install seems to be a whopping 6GB. That's nearly 1.2GB more than the original (after the last patch).

Let's see if they upped the quality of the LPCM track or at least have it override the DD one. SFIV is Capcom's only game on PS3 that actually has multiple codec support (DD, DTS), and the higher quality one overrides the lower ones (if your receiver supports it that is).

6GB install! That is really just to big. I don't think I have anything even near that big on my PS3.

Though I honestly can't stand Rebecca, I might just give her a try to see how her melees work.

Bayonetta was about 6GB install, no big deal. Unless you've downloaded alot of games or something anyone should be able to install that, even with a 20G harddrive like I have.

GuardhouseMusic on THIA made some good observations about these videos...

-One of her weapons is the "Jail Breaker" (nice Billy reference)
-RE1 style voice
-Ground melee recalls the head kick that the female characters in RE1 and 2 would perform as a counter to being chomped on the leg.

Jail Breaker is a shotgun in the main RE5 game already, and yeah, the animations aren't exactly 100% new. The character models themselves look like slightly touched up Zero and REmake cutscenes ones.



The 6GB install I was referring to is the mandatory PS3 one, not the full 360 one. Single disc 360 games are 6.8GB maximum and the installs from what I know are partial now too. The largest PS3 install I know of is RR7's optional one at 5.5GB (after some DLC installs). So this is record.

I have a 500GB HDD myself with over 350GB free, so I'm good.
