Kotaku just posted few scans of the 39-page guidebook "Resident Evil 5 Declassified" received from Capcom. The magazine features detailed info on Kijuju, controls, characters, weapons, vehicles, gameplay, it also contains few tips, a short timeline, interviews with RE5 producer Jun Takeuchi and Chris Redfield mo-cap actor Reuben Langdon.

Very nice. Is that the strat guide? Or just a reference book. If it's a separate book I'm wondering where we might find it or if it will be for sale. And one final thing... Electric grenade rounds...

Did You see that pic with Chris Droping a Rock. In the Background is a lava, Volcano Mission?

And I'm very glad my precious freeze rounds are back! I didn't look at all the weapons, but I saw about how many there are. I was slightly dissappointed, but I suppose it matches the length of the game.

It says at the end that is not all the weapons :P
I've read somewhere there is a lot so I wouldn't worry to much.

I've been playing MGS4 quite alot lately, so I'm pretty used to a crap-load of weapons. I hope there's alot that just aren't necessary to use, so you can go back and challenge yourself by using the oddball weapons that you neglected to buy.

Apparently there is a weapon in the game that is just short of being as powerful as the nuke in re3.
