So I got DSC and I really enjoy it. Good game. But why in the hell can't Capcom get mouth movement to synchronize with what the characters are saying in game? Is it just that tough to program? The in game mouths just generically move up and down, in no way related to what the character is saying. They have the same problem in RE5 in game, though it's not as apparent because half of your screen isn't taken up by Steve's face in that game.

Also, they have tons of typos in the subtitles, blatant things that anyone who speaks English and has played the game through once would notice if they even half paid attention to the words on the screen.

Are they just lazy? Was this game rushed? Does this bother anyone else as much as it bugs me?

Good that I'm not the only one who noticed that. The game has it's minuses and the animation is pretty bad. Did you notice that their hair wasn't moving?

I did notice that too. At least with that I can chalk it up to tons of hairspray (don't want bangs in your face while battling the undead).

Seriously though the game is solid but Capcom just seems to cut some corners.

Only thing I have to say to this is....

The worst part is I know exactly what you're talking about in UC. I've got to believe that someone plays through these things before they get the "finalized" stamp. Which leads me to think that Capcom is just lazy with these things. Oh well, I'll still buy all their RE stuff. All hail purchasing power.

HONESTLY now.

I was annoyed about the uncorrect synch aswell but the movement of the boobies XD (yes it's there) makes it good to me again.
what I also don't like is the missing mimic while the voiceacting is pretty good. example: claire meets chris in antarctica and claire's emotional voice doesn't fit with the almost non existing mimic.

Theres definitely some laziness going on in the game. i mean why does Leon, Steve, and Birkin all look the same? hooray for recycled character models!!!

I really dont have a prob with synchronization, I mean compared to the games I grew up with... hah.. i say.. hah..
